    Removed Internet games.
      It was noticed that the vast majority of Internet games 
      have a short time control, which is not consistent with 
      the focus of this database.
      
    Lowered the minimum Elo Rating from 2450 to 2400.
      This will add many games of fast-rising stars who are 
      on their way to becoming grandmasters. It will also be
      more consistent with the prior database "gm1981.pgn".

    I only recently became aware that the games in the "Titled Tuesday"
    weekly tournaments on chess.com were bullet games. Those tournaments
    began in 2021. These games, which accounted for 28% of the games in 
    gm2016.pgn, were removed.
